Follow the instructions to upload your passport information and then click the [Invitation Letter] button at the bottom to request an invitation letter. The invitation letter will be sent to your email address within 5 working days. Please note that we are only able to provide Invitation Letters from companies and are unable to provide other types of Invitation Letters.

5. How do I get to Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center?
There are two ways for overseas buyers to arrive in Ningbo:
1. Take a plane to Ningbo Lishe International Airport
2. Take the high-speed rail to Ningbo Railway Station.
Aircraft
Ningbo Lishe International Airport – Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center
Metro: Take Metro Line 2 (direction to Honglian) at Lishe Airport, change to Line 5 (direction to Xingzhuang Road) at Shiqi Station, and exit at Exit B of the Convention and Exhibition Center Station. It takes about 50 minutes. One-way fare: RMB 6.
Taxi: The journey is about 25km and takes about 35 minutes to reach Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center. Starting price: RMB 11 (3km), RMB 2.4 per kilometre over 3km.
High Speed Rail
Ningbo Station – Ningbo International Convention and Exhibition Center
Metro:
① Ningbo Railway Station take Metro Line 4 (towards Cicheng), transfer to Line 1 (towards Xiapu) at Daxingqiao Station to Haiyan North Road Station, then transfer to Line 5 (towards Xingzhuang Road) and exit at Exit B of the Convention and Exhibition Center Station. It takes about 35 minutes. One-way fare: RMB 4.
② Take Metro Line 2 (towards Honglian) at Ningbo Railway Station, transfer to Line 5 (towards Xingzhuang Road) at Sanguantang Station, and exit at Exit B of Convention and Exhibition Center Station. It takes about 40 minutes. One-way fare: RMB 4.
